Ingredients A:
Broth 1.5(L)
Salt (adequate)
Pepper (adequate)
Thick soy sauce 1(tbsp)
Ingredients B:
Minced meat 300(g)
Sobests flour solution or Starch for thickening
Ingredients C:
Egg 2(pcs)
Soy sauce 1(tbsp)
Black vinegar (adequate)
Methods:
01.Bring ingredients A to a boil , add in meat to cook , stir in flour solution.
02.Stir in eggs and soy sauce , remove and serve with black vinegar.
